Ayd Instone talks about creative thinking and creative doing in business. How can YOU be more innovative with your business, your marketing, your sales? What great ideas are lurking just out of your conscious reach? The meteor that will wipe out dinosaur thinking in today's world has already hit. How can we stand out in a changing landscape, to add more value, to cope with different expectations and be remarkable? To survive, our creativity needs to be unlocked and applied in new and challenging ways. Only the agile and the warm-blooded innovators will make it. Those that are inflexible and dogmatic will not. Step out of your imagined boundaries and embrace your true creative potential - not only will you be able to cope with change . you will be able to define it.

Ayd Instone is a creative director, professional speaker and author. He has spoken internationally, explaining and training creativity, innovative thinking, visual intelligence and is author of a number of books. He set up his own design and branding company, Eldamar Ltd, in 2001 and 2009 he launched a book publishing business for business experts called Sunmakers (sunmakers.co.uk) to brand, design and publish books written by experts. Ayd is a member of the Professional Speakers Association.

Hot food will be served at the end of the event, allowing time for networking and further discussion.

The venue is the prestigious Oxford University Said Business School, which regularly hosts conferences, training and other events at an International level. There is plenty of parking at Egrove Park, and it is approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the Oxford rail station.
